No matter your starting point, you’ll always feel welcome, supported, and challenged at the right pace.I offer personal training plans which include:
- 1:1 engaging and varied in-person sessions
- An individualised training program to follow outside of our sessions
- Weekly check ins to support, encourage and track progress and habits
- Tailored nutritional guidance
- In depth dietary analysis with individualised feedback
If you’re motivated by working with others, I offer partner and small group training too so you can achieve with loved ones.
You can also be added to a support network with like-minded people where we share our insights and inspire each other.
Together, we will make fitness something you actually enjoy – and celebrate every milestone along the way!
