Membership, Bookings, Cancellations and General
- Hebe-Fitness is a Women’s only studio and members and customers must be 18yrs or older. We welcome individuals that are in the process of transition into their true female form (T&C’s apply).
- All classes can only be attended when booked via our website. hebe-fit.com
- Please note that Hebe-Fitness is a cash-free business and all payments must be made online.
- Any cancellations of classes made within 4 hours of the class start time will be charged at the set class rate.
- Hebe-Fitness operate a waitlist for all classes. You will be notified via email if a spot becomes available on a class.
- Hebe-Fitness reserves the right to amend class times, types and instructors without prior notice.
- Classes are bookable 7 days in advance.
- Classes must have 4 or more attendees to run. If classes are cancelled due to low numbers, no charge will apply to members booked onto the mentioned class.
- Please note that Hebe-Fitness operate an In and Out door policy and we ask that members and customer strictly stick to these allocated, entrance and exit doors to allow safe customer flow through the building.
- We ask members to arrive in plenty of time before the class starts. Instructors reserve the right to refuse entry to a class once the class has started. In this circumstance, we will require full payment for this class.
- It is a member’s and customers responsibility to inform Hebe-Fitness and their instructors of any injuries or health conditions that may affect their ability to exercise. Any changes in a member’s health (physical or mental) should be made aware to Hebe-Fitness and it’s instructors.
- If members have any doubts about their safety or capability to undertake physical exercise, we strongly recommend that they take independent medical advice before undertaking any or continuing to take exercise.
- All memberships and bookings are processed through our partner Go Cardless,
- If your direct debit is rejected by your bank, we will attempt to retake payment up to 3 times at which point your registrations will be blocked until payment is made.
- If you wish to cancel your membership, please inform us and we will do so. We do ask for at least one months notice. Please note that cancelling your direct debit to us does not cancel your membership and you will still show on our system as owing your membership payment.
- It is the customers responsibility to inform Hebe-Fitness of any changes to their personal details, such as address and contact details.
- Personal Trainers (PT) operate at Hebe-Fitness on a self-employed basis. Any service they provide to you is a contract between you and the PT and not with Hebe-Fitness. We accept no responsibility for breach of contract or negligence cause by a PT.
